    Financial Analyst III

    Advance financial strategy and support key organizational decisions as a Financial Analyst III. In this senior-level role, you will lead complex financial analyses, develop long-range financial plans, evaluate capital investments, and provide executive leadership with the insights needed to drive organizational performance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the development of entity and system-wide operating budgets and multi-year financial forecasts.
    • Design and enhance cost accounting methodologies and financial decision support tools.
    • Prepare detailed financial pro formas for capital projects, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives.
    • Develop sophisticated financial models and scenario analyses to support executive decision-making.
    • Present financial findings, recommendations, and business cases to senior leadership and board committees.
    • Monitor lease payments, billings, and collections
    • Maintain property lease charts and coordinate property tax filings
    • Identify opportunities to improve financial performance, reporting, and planning processes.

    Qualifications:

    Required

    • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
    • Five (5) or more years of financial analysis experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.
    • Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical skills.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex financial information into actionable insights.

    Preferred

    • Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Experience supporting capital planning, cost accounting, and strategic financial initiatives within a complex healthcare system.
