Description:
As a professional in this role, you will focus on supporting the business finance processes, including data preparation, database maintenance, routine financial analysis, and dashboard automation. You are resilient, communicate well with your teammates, and develop new approaches to problems. You can handle most day-to-day issues but also know when to escalate more complex problems to leadership or senior team members. You have a solid baseline knowledge of business finance processes and systems, including BQ, PLX, SQL, Oracle, SAP, gCore, Anaplan, etc., and you use this expertise to help management make the right operational decisions.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide reports, data, and research to identify and help mitigate risk and escalate issues as needed.
- Engage in citizenship contributions at an individual level, such as recruiting contributions, volunteering for ERG or other community events.
- Own project documents, take notes, meet deadlines, communicate obstacles early, manage time, and follow work plans.
- Assist team with the analysis and dissemination of data within the FP&A area to drive operational excellence, deliver insights, and revenue growth.
- Develop financial models that track direct and allocated spending, planning, and forecasting for deals in a given area within FP&A.
- Assist teams with the analysis of datasets to extract relevant information, identify trends, and generate actionable insights for the business.
- Assist and help present financial reporting to a product area, market, or team within Finance.
- Assist in identifying areas for process improvement, recommend changes, and drive components of change management.
