Position Summary::Reporting to the Director of Financial Planning & Operations, the Financial Analyst I will be responsible for financial reporting and analysis, forecasting, and supporting finance functions, including Accounts Payable and Revenue Cycle Management. The Financial Analyst I will collect, analyze, and provide financial data and trends to cross-functional stakeholders to drive informed organizational decisions. This position requires the ability to commute to our Boston corporate office and work onsite at least one day per week.
What You Will Do::• Prepare and maintain financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting models across assigned business units, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and actionable insight
• Execute recurring financial planning functions across the company including monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and forecasting cycles
• Build and maintain financial models and reports (financial and non-financial) to track progress against goals, monitor financial and operational trends and KPIs; proactively flag variances or notable patterns to leadership and perform ad-hoc analysis as needed
• Contribute to monthly financial reporting packages for senior leaders, Board of Directors, and key stakeholders, delivering analytics and insights around key P&L drivers
• Partner with the Caregiver Pay and Revenue Cycle Management teams by delivering ad-hoc reporting, data analysis, and backup coverage as needed
• Collect and analyze data to support the build of pro forma financial models used to evaluate sales opportunities and forecast profitability
• Respond to internal and external inquiries with timely, well-researched analysis and follow-through
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in financial reporting and operations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products especially Excel
• Strong communication skills with ability to present complex information to internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to multitask with excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail

The pay range for this position is $69,660 to $83,592. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
