Job Description Summary:
. This role will analyze program activities such as acquisition program planning, proposal pricing, financial management, cost analysis and other tasks.
Analyzes, evaluates, and assists in development and maintenance of program budgetAssists in creating quotesCreates employee work authorizationsCreates funding documents for subcontractorsEnters actual hours into tracking systemMonitors costs incurred and program performance and provides status informationPlans, schedules, and executes special activities as requiredAssists in preparation and analysis of specific reports as requiredMay serve as technical liaison between corporate departments, subcontractors, consultants, and othersMay provide leadership to lower level employeesJob Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience (8 years of related experience may be substituted for degree)Minimum of 4 years work related experience (total of 12 years of related experience if no degree)Working knowledge of desktop applications including word processing, spreadsheet, and database software packagesKnowledge of different types of contracts such as Time and Material, Cost Reimbursement, and Fixed PriceMust be detail orientedMust have the ability to clearly report financial findings and information to management in a concise, unbiased mannerWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
