    Primary Responsibilities

    • Prepare reports, schedules and analyses which facilitate insightful reporting on order, contract, program and customer profitability
    • Work closely with sales and operations to understand the business and to assist in development of quotes, RFPs, RFQs and customer program analyses
    • Develop processes to analyze actual performance relative to quotes, forecast and plan.
    • Work with sales, operations, and finance to develop and implement action items to address performance issues stemming from analysis.
    • Develop ad-hoc reporting and analysis on specific P&L drivers.
    • Develop, maintain and interpret analyses and reconciliations of customer specific commodity pricing programs.
    • Create and assess product pricing for customer specific RFPs and quotations.
    • Develop other ad-hoc reporting and analysis processes as requested allow enhanced review of the business.   

    Skills, Experience and Qualifications You’ll Bring to the Job:

    • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University and a minimum of 2 years (3+ preferred) of directly related experience.
    • Professional accounting qualification (CPA, MBA or CMA preferred).
    • Strong background in Financial Planning & Analysis.
    • Advanced Excel skills.
    • Programming and database experience is desirable.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work easily with all levels of the organization.
    • Strong Project leadership skills, and excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
    • An inquisitive mind and a questioning nature combined with a continuous improvement outlook.
    • Comfortable working in a multi-cultural, diverse, organization.
    • A proven ability to multi-task and juggle competing priorities.
    • Availability and willingness to work, from time to time, into the evening, Pacific Time.
    • A sense of humor.

    Salary: $84,000K-$100,700K
