    Job Purpose

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking graduates to join our Finance Development Program in January or June of 2027! The program is designed to build Dana's future finance leadership pipeline. It is a perfect career starter for graduates who want to be leaders within Dana.

    The FDP is a 3-4-year development rotational program where graduates join the Finance organization as full-time hires. The program is designed for graduates who will rotate through three 12-18-month assignments, located throughout the US, before graduating into leadership positions.

    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    Job Responsibilities

    An FDP will finish 3 rotations throughout Dana Including:

    • Accounts Payable/Receivable (Accountant Role).
    • Internal Audit or Corporate FP&A.
    • Plant Operations Controlling (FDPs will be expected to relocate to a USA plant to complete this rotation).

    FDPs learn general and specific finance capabilities under the supervision of their manager and mentor.

    Education and Qualifications

    Position Requirements and Skills:

    • A Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or finance, with a GPA of at least 3.0.
    • Previous intern experience is desirable.
    • Possess strong Microsoft Office expertise.
    • Requires schedule flexibility, including travel and occasional extended work hours to meet business demands.
    • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
    • Strong ability to partner with others across the organization.
    • Strong initiative and influencing skills.
    • Expert organizational skills and mental agility to move among issues and topics with conflicting priorities without losing focus.
    • Open and willing to adapt to change and adjust routines accordingly.
    • Clear and effective written and verbal communication.
    • Detailed Analytical skills.
    • Strong business acumen.

    Education Requirement:

    • A bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for accounting or finance.
