Financial Analyst (Contract / Contract-to-Hire)

A growing organization is seeking a Financial Analyst to support forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and strategic business initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain exposure to senior leadership while contributing to meaningful projects.

Responsibilities

• Create financial models and forecasts
• Develop monthly reporting packages
• Analyze financial and operational performance
• Support budgeting and planning cycles
• Partner with business leaders on strategic initiatives
• Assist with dashboard and KPI reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 2+ years of financial analysis experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or ERP reporting tools preferred
• Strong analytical and communication skills
