The Financial Analyst converts financial, operational, labor, reimbursement, and service-line data into clear and actionable information. The position prepares recurring and ad hoc analysis, supports budgeting and forecasting, develops dashboards and automated reports, assists with auxiliary financial statements, and partners with leaders to improve financial performance, reporting quality, and decision support. Education: Associates Degree in Business or Finance - required Bachelors Degree in Business or Finance - preferred Experience: 1-3 years of relative experience - preferred Why Join Us?
