Financial Analyst

This role will directly partner with Operations leaders to manage departmental expenses, budgeting, and periodic forecasting and build financial models evaluating business scenarios. The position will also support month-end financial close activities which include but are not limited to variance analysis, journal entries, and Adhoc reports.

Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for a Financial Analyst with a multinational science and technology company in Chaska, MN . This is an 8-month contract with a potential for extension.

Pay:$32.00 - $37.00/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship.


Description:

• We are seeking a highly organized, and detail-oriented temporary Senior Financial Analyst to support the Operations team.
• This role will directly partner with Operations leaders to manage departmental expenses, budgeting, and periodic forecasting and build financial models evaluating business scenarios.
• The position will also support month-end financial close activities which include but are not limited to variance analysis, journal entries, and Adhoc reports.
• The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with financial systems, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Requirements:

• BS in Accounting/Finance/Business
• 5 Years experience, preferably in FP&A
• Experience in Manufacturing Industry and Standard Costing is a plus
