District Partners has been retained by a leading national wealth management firm to identify a Family Office Analyst to support its Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) and Family Office practice. Our client is one of the fastest-growing independent wealth management firms in the country, overseeing tens of billions of dollars in assets under management and advisement. The firm combines the resources and capabilities of a large national platform with the personalized, high-touch service typically associated with a boutique family office. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional with a background in accounting, business management, financial administration, or private client services who is interested in supporting the complex financial lives of UHNW individuals and families.
The Family Office Analyst will work closely with Senior Analysts, Managing Directors, and Senior Managing Directors to provide comprehensive family office support, including personal accounting, consolidated financial reporting, cash flow management, bill pay, tax and estate coordination, and investment administration. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. This role requires strong analytical skills, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to independently work through day-to-day requests while recognizing when additional guidance is needed.
This role does not involve selecting investments, constructing portfolios, managing asset allocations, or making trading decisions. This is a family office operations and advisory support position, not an investment management, trading, or portfolio construction role.
