Role Summary
The Financial Analyst will support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business analytics initiatives across a fast growing multi entity organization. This role offers significant exposure to finance leadership, operational teams, and strategic decision makers while providing opportunities to develop advanced FP&A skills and business acumen.
The individual will help deliver actionable insights that improve performance, support executive decision making, and enhance financial visibility throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and forecasting processes
Support financial reporting, variance analysis, and management reporting activities
Analyze business performance, trends, risks, and opportunities across the organization
Prepare presentations and reporting packages for leadership teams
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI and other business intelligence platforms
Track and report key performance indicators to support operational and financial objectives
Partner with Finance, Accounting, and Operations teams to identify performance drivers and business insights
Support acquisition integration activities, process improvements, automation initiatives, and special projects
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field
1 to 3 years of financial analysis, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, or related finance experience
Strong experience working with financial models, forecasting, and business performance analysis
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including financial modeling, reporting, and data analysis
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar dashboarding and visualization tools preferred
Exposure to KPI reporting, management reporting, and business intelligence initiatives preferred
Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking capabilities
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to business partners and leadership
Self motivated professional with a strong desire to learn, grow, and advance within finance
