Financial Analyst, App Store

The Financial Analyst will be an integral part of the App Store team within the Services Finance organization and work on various financial tasks related to forecasting, analysis, and reporting of key financial and business information. The Analyst will partner with cross-functional teams across Services Finance and the broader App Store organization to identify, analyze, and solve challenging strategic and operational issues to improve both the top and bottom line. We are looking for a high-caliber individual with strong analytical capabilities, superior financial / quantitative horsepower, and a deep interest in the App Store to help achieve our financial and business objectives. This role requires managing highly confidential information with a high degree of discretion, accountability, and senior leadership visibility.

Model the impacts of new initiatives including new features, programs, policy shifts, and alternative distribution to support senior leadership decision-making Own the monthly forecasting for the App Store, identify inflection points, and surface actionable insights to business partners and the senior leadership team Maintain and develop KPI frameworks to track the performance of the App Store including but not limited to billings, developer economics and user engagement trends Serve as the finance point of contact across leadership, business, legal, and compliance, translating complex financial data into narratives that drive action Collaborate with engineering and data teams to build scalable infrastructure for automated reporting and self-service dashboards Identify opportunities to automate manual workflows leveraging GenAI, SQL, and modern tooling, reducing cycle time on ad-hoc and recurring deliverables Contribute to special projects directed by senior leaders that shape the future of App Store monetization5+ years of Finance or Business experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment; forecasting and/or accounting experience strongly preferred Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or other quantitative fieldThorough understanding of accounting standards and financial analysis, with a strong analytical / problem solving background.
