Job title: Financial Analyst
Location: Akron, Ohio
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 +bonus

Key Responsibilities(Financial Analyst):
- Perform general accounting and financial analysis while maintaining strong internal controls
- Prepare journal entries and support the monthly close process
- Complete monthly bank and balance sheet account reconciliations and analysis
- Prepare financial statements and reporting packages for division and corporate leadership
- Analyze financial results across multiple business entities and locations
- Support consolidation and reporting of multi-currency financial results
- Prepare schedules and supporting documentation for quarterly and annual audits
- Support the annual fixed asset audit
Preferred Qualifications(Financial Analyst):
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Approximately 4–5 years of accounting/ finance experience
- Strong general ledger, financial reporting, and account reconciliation experience
- Previous audit experience is a plus
