Financial Analysis Manager

Salary: $111,000 - $172,000 annually
We're seeking an experienced Financial Analysis Manager to join a leading healthcare organization in Dover, DE. This is an onsite leadership opportunity for a finance professional with extensive healthcare finance experience and hands-on expertise with STRATA Jazz and healthcare forecasting.
Please Note: Candidates must have STRATA Jazz experience, healthcare forecasting experience, and a strong healthcare finance background to be considered.
Responsibilities:
Lead cost accounting and service line profitability analysis.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, productivity reporting, and financial reporting.
Prepare monthly profit and loss statements, scorecards, and performance reports.
Conduct financial feasibility studies, ROI, NPV, IRR, and payback analyses using STRATA Jazz.
Partner with executive and operational leaders to improve financial performance.
Support audits, cost reports, GME reporting, and regulatory compliance.
Train leaders on financial reporting tools and productivity resources.
Supervise and mentor financial analysts and decision support staff.
Assist with software implementations and strategic financial initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of healthcare finance experience.
Hands-on experience with STRATA Jazz is required.
Healthcare forecasting experience is required.
Strong background in cost accounting, budgeting, decision support, and financial analysis.
Advanced financial modeling and profitability analysis skills.
Healthcare industry experience is required.
Preferred:
Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
Financial or healthcare certifications.
Experience with healthcare reimbursement, physician compensation models, bundled payments, and contracting.
