Financial Aid Systems & Process Analyst
Department: Enrollment Services
Reports To: Director of Student Systems and Registrar
Salary: $44 per hour
Priority consideration given to applications received by September 23, 2026.
This position will remain open for a minimum of seven (7) days. The College reserves the right to close the recruitment at any time after the minimum posting period once a sufficient applicant pool has been established.
This is a temporary (up to 18 months) part-time exempt position with a possibility of extension based on funding. We reserve the right to end this position before 18 months if we find the work is no longer needed.
This position helps improve the effectiveness of financial aid operations by supporting process improvements, system enhancements, and cross-department collaboration. The role works with staff and stakeholders to streamline workflows, align processes with ctcLink, develop clear procedures, and provide training and support.
The positions work results in more efficient operations, consistent business practices, reliable data, and improved service to students. By supporting financial aid and division-wide systems initiatives, the position helps ensure Student Affairs processes are effective, student-centered, and responsive to changing business and technology needs.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
2+ years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, or systems support, preferably in higher education or a student services setting
2+ years of experience in financial aid
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to map workflows and identify process gaps
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document processes clearly for varied audiences
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with varying levels of staff

Please note that we are unable to sponsor visas for this position. Only candidates who are currently authorized to work in the United States will be considered.
Hourly employees must work 480 hours in a rolling six-month period to become eligible for health benefits. This is an hourly position scheduled to work up to 18 hours per week, with a salary of $44 per hour.They are not initially eligible for benefits upon hire but could qualify for the following:
Deferred Compensation Program (DRS) retirement savings plan; TIAA supplemental retirement savings plan, sick leave, paid holidays, Aflac, space available tuition waiver, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), fitness center, reduced rate and priority consideration for on-site childcare based on space availability.
