Key Responsibilities

· Partner with a senior advisor on client preparation, meetings, and follow-ups

· Assist with financial planning strategies including investments, insurance, and retirement planning

· Support business development and practice management initiatives

· Participate in MassMutual training and professional development programs

Qualifications

· Active Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 65) required

· Strong interest in building a long-term career as a financial advisor

· Coachable, motivated, and eager to learn from top performers

· Strong communication and relationship-building skills
