Overview
In this role, responsibilities will include helping members and/or new clients by assessing their financial goals, needs and objectives while providing them with exceptional personalized service and investment products.
This role will cover the North Peninsula branches.

Qualifications
Minimum completion of a 4-year degree in finance, business or related field required.
Minimum 5 years' experience in the financial services field. Related member service experience helpful.
Proficient in MS applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
Excellent working knowledge of financial institution products and services, as well as, life insurance, annuity and securities products. Proficient in operational procedures related to member accounts. Strong practical understanding of general economic principles relating to all aspects of personal finance.
Possess FINRA Series 7, 63 and 65 (or 66), Life and Health Insurance licenses. All employees must disclose any criminal history with broker/dealer. All individuals will be fingerprinted, as mandated by the FINRA Books and Records rule. All fingerprint submissions are processed through the Federal Bureau of Investigations and Department of Justice and results are returned to broker/dealer via electronic notification. Any criminal history not previously disclosed to broker/dealer can result in disciplinary action, up to and including immediate termination.
Must be able to do the following: to read, to perform arithmetic operations quickly and accurately; to see details and recognize errors in numbers and spelling; to present information effectively; to work within precise limits of accuracy; to follow instructions; to accept responsibility; to be tactful and patient with others.
Ability to communicate successfully and in a professional manner with clients, above average math aptitude, excellent oral and written communication skills, excellent decision making and problem-solving skills, superior amount of computer literacy and proofreading capabilities and strong organizational skills.
Excellent working knowledge of financial institution products and services, as well as, life insurance, annuity, and securities products.
Proficient in operational procedures related to member accounts.

Target Base Pay
$70,306/ yr
This role offers a competitive compensation plan that includes a base salary combined with a variable compensation plan based on production and gross revenue generated by the assigned territory, with on-target earnings.
