Compensation
Expected annual earnings range from $107,000 - $179,000+ per year, based on performance, client development, and production.
What You'll Do
Meet with prospective and existing clients to understand their financial objectives
Develop customized financial strategies tailored to individual needs
Provide guidance regarding retirement planning, life insurance, wealth accumulation, and asset protection
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through ongoing service and support
Generate new business through networking, referrals, community involvement, and professional outreach
Stay current on industry trends, products, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum one year of financial sales experience preferred
Prior sales experience strongly preferred
Life & Health License preferred
FINRA Series 6, 63, 65, or 7 licenses are advantageous
Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
