We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Assistant to support a Financial Advisor with Allstate Financial Services. This role is essential to keeping the advisor’s calendar full, appointments confirmed, and client follow-ups completed. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable making outbound phone calls.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and maintain the advisor’s calendar to ensure full daily schedules
- Keep track and manage contact with referrals and leads from marketing sources
- Contact referrals to set appointments
- Schedule review meetings with existing clients
- Confirm appointments and clearly communicate meeting details (when, where, and venue)
- Follow up with clients on:
- Life insurance underwriting requirements
- Investment transfers and paperwork
- Outstanding documents and next steps
- Track appointments, follow-ups, and case status in CRM/scheduling systems
- Provide day-to-day administrative and client support
- Provide some translation services for clients
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Excellent organization and time management
- Professional, friendly, and dependable
- Comfortable handling confidential client information
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow processes
- Fully Bilingual English-Spanish is required
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or scheduling is a plus, but not required
