    Description

    An iMPact Business Group client is seeking to hire a Finance Transformation Manager. This role is with a highly successful manufacturing client in the precision manufactured components industry.

    This role will focus on -  
    • Leading strategic finance transformation initiatives across a global manufacturing organization, driving improvements in financial processes, systems, reporting, analytics, and operational decision support.
    • Partnering closely with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, Information Technology, and senior leadership teams, this role is responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing scalable solutions that enhance efficiency, standardization, data integrity, and business performance.
    • Serving as a catalyst for continuous improvement, translating business requirements into sustainable finance processes and technology-enabled solutions that improve visibility into cost drivers, profitability, working capital, and capital deployment. 
    • Leading initiatives focused on process optimization, ERP and financial systems enhancements, reporting automation, master data governance, and advanced analytics to support enterprise-wide financial and operational objectives.
    • Supporting strategic initiatives including manufacturing footprint optimization, business integrations, capital investment programs, and mergers and acquisitions by providing financial analysis, process design, change management, and implementation support. 
    • Preparing and presenting transformation updates, performance analyses, and business insights to senior leadership while fostering adoption of best practices and continuous improvement across the global manufacturing network. 
    Please Note: periodic travel is required, which may include both domestic and international travel.


    • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
    • 7-10 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Accounting, Finance Transformation, Business Analytics.
    • Knowledge of finance & accounting principles (GAAP), internal controls, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), and finance process governance.
    • Experience leading finance transformation initiatives, process redesign efforts, and continuous improvement programs.
    • Strong understanding of ERP systems, financial planning applications, business intelligence platforms, and reporting tools.
    • Experience with financial systems implementations, upgrades, integrations, testing, and user adoption activities.
    • Strong understanding of manufacturing finance, cost structures, operational performance metrics, and business processes.
    • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities and meeting deadlines.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Information Technology functions.
    • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect financial, operational, and technology considerations to strategic business outcomes.

    Preferred Experience -

    • Extensive experience in a manufacturing environment.
    • Experience in a publicly traded company.
    • Expertise in cost accounting, product line profitability, and variance analysis.
    • Experience supporting global operations, including international business partnerships, cross-border financial reporting, and multi-currency environments.
