  • Develop and maintain financial and operational reports, dashboards, KPI scorecards, and analytics solutions that support business performance and decision-making leveraging Power BI, Power Query & Dynamics F&O functionality.
  • Identify and implement process improvement and automation opportunities using tools such as Power Automate and Dynamics F&O functionality.
  • Support data governance initiatives by improving data quality, reporting consistency, documentation, and internal controls.
  • Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, Operations, and IT to translate business needs into practical system, reporting, and analytics solutions.
  • Provide user support and training while promoting adoption of reporting tools, dashboards, and financial system capabilities.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance and Management, or Accounting Information Systems.
  • Five or more years of experience in finance, accounting, financial systems, reporting, business intelligence, data analytics, or a related area.
  • Experience working with ERP or financial management systems and developing reports, analyses, or process improvements.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a high degree of attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with financial, operational, and technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, SQL, or related technologies is preferred.
  • Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Why You'll Love it Here:

  •  Meaningful business impact: You'll help shape how financial and operational information is delivered, analyzed, and used across the organization.
  •  A dynamic environment: where no two days are the same.
