Finance Systems & AI Transformation Consultant

We are seeking a Finance Systems & AI Transformation Consultant for our client to help evaluate and improve its finance technology environment across ERP, AP, HRIS, BI, planning, and reporting systems. This consultant will partner closely with Finance and executive leadership to connect systems and data, improve reporting and analytics, and help develop practical AI-enabled workflows and automation opportunities across the finance organization.

Attributes:

• Strong finance transformation, finance systems, or enterprise technology experience
• Experience working across ERP, AP, HRIS, BI, planning, and reporting platforms
• Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes, data flows, and reporting requirements
• Help define data structures, financial fields, business rules, and reporting logic across systems
• Identify opportunities to improve financial reporting, analytics, dashboards, and ad hoc data access
• Experience with AI / LLM-enabled workflows, automation, or enterprise AI implementations strongly preferred
• Ability to help develop prompts, workflows, and use cases that improve how Finance accesses and analyzes information
• Strong data integration, reconciliation, controls, and process-improvement experience
• Ability to translate Finance requirements into practical systems, data, and technology solutions
• Strong communication skills and ability to partner with Finance, Accounting, IT, and executive leadership
• PE-backed, multi-entity, or highly acquisitive company experience preferred
• NetSuite, Power BI, Workday, or comparable enterprise systems experience is a plus
• Ability to operate at both the strategic roadmap level and in hands-on problem solving
