Description

Kforce has a client in Tampa, FL that is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Systems Analyst to support Finance system administration, master data management, technology initiatives, and business analysis activities. Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and manage Finance-related SAP master data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance
  • Support Finance system user access administration, including access requests, reviews, and security controls
  • Assist with SOX compliance activities, including user access reviews, testing documentation, IT general controls, and audit support
  • Participate in Finance technology projects, including requirements gathering, testing, implementation, and project coordination
  • Perform financial, operational, and system analysis to support management decision-making
  • Research, validate, and analyze business and financial data
  • Support reporting, data integrity, and process improvement initiatives
  • Assist with documentation of system procedures, controls, and business processes
  • Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, IT, and business stakeholders to resolve issues and support project objectives
  • Support regulatory, compliance, and audit-related activities as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience working with SAP R/3, including master data maintenance and/or security administration
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting Finance systems, ERP platforms, or business technology initiatives
  • Knowledge of SOX compliance, IT General Controls (ITGC), and user access management
  • Utility, regulatory, or financial services industry experience
  • Experience with system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation projects
  • Experience with reporting, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
