Overview

System One is seeking a Finance Systems Analyst- Jr who will support the Oracle Cloud Applications and Concur system and will include administration, implementations, system enhancements and integrations with other corporate applications.
To be successful in this position, the candidate should have demonstrated experience working with Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle EBS, or at minimum be very familiar with standard ERP process.

Responsibilities

  • Support Oracle Cloud Applications and Concur system administration, implementations, system enhancements, and integrations with other corporate applications.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Finance, Procurement, PMO, Project Management, IT, Engineering, and key business partners to ensure comprehensive and timely communication of integration projects to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Lead weekly timecard submittal and approval process.
  • Respond to and resolve assigned finance systems service desk tickets.
  • Gather and document business requirements; consult with stakeholders to prioritize, develop, and deploy solutions.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and track systems and process issues to ensure resolution and system efficiency.
  • Establish and assign user project access based on policy, procedure, and guidelines, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of access issues for compliance.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to provide recommendations on new initiatives or projects.
  • Document process flows and standard operating procedures thoroughly and train others.
  • Support quarterly Oracle system upgrades with internal and external stakeholders and prepare upgrades for the Change Advisory Board.
  • Assist with identifying, designing, testing, and implementing ERP functionality and improvements.
  • Manage post-ERP implementation project backlog and triage priorities with Change Advisory Committee approval.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine applications and processes to ensure system efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate or minimum three years of experience working with financial and/or business systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
  • Understanding of business, finance, and accounting functions.
  • SQL, DBMS, and BI reporting knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience working with SaaS enterprise applications (Oracle Cloud, Concur) in organizations with government grants and/or government contracts.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; high degree of accuracy.
  • Capable of quickly comprehending new information and technologies.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical/problem solving – ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Ability to prioritize and plan work activities.
  • Must be team oriented, willing to operate within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment.
  • Strong communication skills desired.
