Target Compensation: $90,000 to $100,000
Key Responsibilities for the Finance Supervisor:
- Supervise and develop the Payroll Accounting Specialist while supporting day-to-day finance operations.
- Lead the annual budgeting process, financial reporting activities, and ongoing performance analysis.
- Serve as the primary contact for external auditors and banking relationships, including BMO and other financial partners.
- Coordinate financial audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
- Collaborate across departments to improve financial processes and support business decision-making.
Qualifications for the Finance Supervisor:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 7+ years of accounting or finance experience with strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
- Experience supporting audits, budgeting, and month-end financial processes.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
