Location: This is hybrid in Westbrook, ME office, 2 days a week in the office. Wednesday is the required day, and the 2nd day of the week is up to the individual. At the start we will try to align with the trainers to be in the same days.
Experience Level: Intermediate
Required Skillsets:
Demonstrate accuracy with high-volume transactional data
Intermediate excel skills
Following documented procedures exactly
Nice to have:
SAP SD Pricing condition maintenance experience
Advanced excel for data reconciliation
Experience working inside an audited or controlled process
What You Will Be Doing:
Pricing implementation into SAP. Understand the commercial offering intended and manage implementation and controls associated to it.
Data Management: Input data into accounts, systems, and/or databases according to established guidelines and procedures.
Auditing and Validation: Audit, validate, and reconcile data for accuracy to ensure adherence to established policies.
Discrepancy Resolution: Identify and resolve discrepancies, making corrections as needed.
Reconciliations and Analysis: Perform regular reconciliations and data analysis to support pricing and billing functions.
Reporting: Generate and maintain reports related to pricing, billing, and collections.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration of pricing and billing processes.
What You Need to Succeed:
Experience: Proven experience with SAP and billing systems.
Excel Skills: Proficient in Client Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis tools.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management and analysis.
Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
