What awaits you: + Responsibility for budget and cost center planning according to AOP process. + Manage standard cost changes and costing of BOM's, including taking ownership of annual standard cost roll. + Ensure the correctness of periodical month end closing, including journal entries and account reconciliations. + Perform sales forecasting and accruals. + Understand actual result/costs especially through variance analysis v prior forecast and AOP. + Understand and code pricing variances/deductions for AR application. + Provide monthly forecast updates. + Ensure reporting to Kautex Management and headquarters according to the due dates and Management requirements. + Identify risks and opportunities and initiate action plans to avoid negative impacts. + Responsible for the development and documentation of workflows in compliance with Textron policies and Sarbanes-Oxley (404). + Initiate and coordinate annual stock/inventory process. + Provide various weekly KPI and financial reporting.
