Location: On Site in North Royalton, OH
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Salary: $55,000 - $60,000

Key Responsibilities for the Finance New Grad:

• 
  
• Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities
• 
  
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management review
• 
  
• Support month-end and quarter-end financial processes
• 
  
• Maintain and update financial models, spreadsheets, and dashboards
• 
  
• Research and identify trends, variances, and business insights
• 
  
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support financial initiatives
• 
  

Qualifications for the Finance New Grad:

• 
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 
  
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial analysis concepts
• 
  
• Internship, co-op, or academic project experience in finance, accounting, or analytics preferred
• 
  
• Ability to analyze data and communicate financial information accurately and clearly
•
