The Finance Manager is responsible for structuring finance deals for all producers and for keeping up with all federal, state, local laws and ensuring they are being followed. It is also the expected that the Manager will manage deal flow to maximize profit, manage department revenue which includes charge-backs and adjustments including contracts in transit.
Work directly with our team members and guests to develop relationships and help bridge disconnects in the sales processWork with finance team to improve bank relations and reduce C.I.T. errorsBuild rapport with guests to build a base of referrals to establish customer networkSell finance & insurance products to guestsMaintain impeccable reputation with lendersProduce and submit accurate paperwork for title work and to secure funding from finance sources in a timely mannerMeet monthly objectivesMust be able to give a proper menu presentationMust understand tag and title laws; DMVAdhere to all local and national regulations and work with sales management to ensure maximum profitWork with service advisors when they turn over guests for warranty informationMust have a minimum of three years Automotive Finance Experience RequiredMust have a strong work ethic, great attitude and adhere to a strong code of personal ethicsMust have an excellent track record of proven performanceMust be self motivated and goal drivenMust be a team player with excellent leadership skills and strong attention to detailMust be able to create and maintain guests relationshipsMust be proficient in computer skills (Internet, MS Outlook, Dealertrack, ADP/CDK)Must be a minimum of eighteen years of ageMust be able to pass pre employment screening (background and drug)
