Senior Manager, Procurement & Supply Chain Finance

Philadelphia, PA 19103

Hybrid Schedule: 4 Days Onsite / 1 Day Remote

Salary: $110,000 - $120,000+ (flexible based on experience)

LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a growing organization in Philadelphia, PA seeking a Senior Manager, Procurement & Supply Chain Finance. This position will serve as a strategic finance partner to procurement, logistics, and operations leadership, providing financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and cost optimization support across the supply chain organization.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement Finance (Approximately 70%)

  • Partner with procurement leadership to provide financial insights and strategic decision support.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for procurement-related expenses.
  • Analyze supplier pricing, commodity trends, and contract performance.
  • Build financial models supporting sourcing initiatives and vendor negotiations.
  • Monitor procurement savings programs and validate cost reduction opportunities.
  • Provide reporting on purchasing activity, spend management, and margin impact.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and identify potential financial risks.

Logistics & Supply Chain Finance (Approximately 30%)

  • Support logistics and supply chain teams through financial analysis and operational reporting.
  • Track transportation, freight, warehousing, and distribution costs.
  • Develop cost-to-serve and profitability models.
  • Analyze freight trends, carrier performance, and cost drivers.
  • Support network optimization and efficiency initiatives.
  • Assist with financial planning related to distribution and operational projects.

Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Lead monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes.
  • Prepare management reports and KPI dashboards.
  • Conduct variance analysis and present recommendations to leadership.
  • Support month-end close activities, accruals, and financial reporting.
  • Develop business cases and ROI analyses for operational initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • CPA, CMA, MBA, or other advanced certification preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive finance experience.
  • Experience supporting procurement, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or operations functions.
  • Advanced Excel skills including complex financial modeling.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, JD Edwards, or similar.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools preferred.
