Key Responsibilities for the Finance Manager:

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Analyze financial results and provide actionable business insights.
Partner with operational stakeholders to improve financial performance and support decision-making.
Prepare monthly reporting packages, variance analyses, and financial reviews.
Monitor key financial metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications for the Finance Manager:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Strong understanding of financial statements and performance metrics.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems preferred.
