Finance Manager
Salary: $180,000 – $200,000 + 20% bonus
Location: Midtown, 2 days on site

Key Responsibilities for the Finance Manager:
• Own and oversee the firm’s full finance function (AP/AR, billing, payroll, reporting)
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and closing processes
• Manage and mentor billing team while improving processes and controls
• Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations
• Oversee trust accounting, cash flow management, and compliance requirements
• Drive system improvements and operational efficiencies across finance workflows

Qualifications for the Finance Manager:
• 7+ years of accounting/finance experience, including law firm experience
• Prior leadership experience managing billing or accounting teams
• Strong knowledge of trust accounting, GAAP, and law firm financial operations
• Experience with Aderant, Elite (or similar legal accounting systems)
• Proven ability to manage budgeting, reporting, and financial systems in a mid-size environment
• Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills
