THE ROLE
The Finance Managerassistsin planning, directing, and overseeing the financial and accounting operations of the facility. This rolereports tothe Vice President ofSales and Hospitality with a dotted linereporting relationship to the Vice President of Financeandpartners with the Club Manager to ensureaccuratefinancial reporting, regulatory compliance, strong internal controls, and effective financial processes.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Assistsin the development and implementation of facility goals and priorities related tofinancial management, budgeting, accounting,purchasing, and payroll in compliance with State and Federal regulations and Legends Global policies.
Supports compliance with all provisions of the Legends Global management contract.
Reviews of contracts for clients, events, subcontractors, and food and beverage or concessionairepartnersand global sales.
Monitors food and beverage financial performance, including cost of goods sold, inventory, labor percentages, per-caps, and event-level profitability.
Assistswith the preparation and review of event settlements.
Reviews and processes, checksand deposits;reviewsdaily cash receipts and disbursements.
Reviewspurchasingactivity for capital assets, office supplies, and facility supplies.
Assistsin the preparation of financial statements and reports for the Client and Legends Global Corporate, including monthly statements, annual budgets, and annual reports.
Compiles a weeklyforecast withusing historical data and trends in collaboration with the food and beverage team.
Helpsmaintainaccounting records showing receipts, expenditures, and financial position.
Supports the maintenance of general and subsidiary ledgers, accounts receivable, revenue distribution, depreciation, cost accounting, property, operating expenses, and insurance records.
Analyzes departmental financial performance and costs; assists in identifying trends and recommending corrective actions.
Prepare reports and statements estimating future costs and revenues
Supports internal audits through review of accounting and administrative controls.
Coordinates with the VP of Finance on client or external audit preparation and implements recommendations as assigned.
Helps implement andmaintainaccounting, payroll, timekeeping, inventory, and financial control procedures.
Reviews financial statements with department and management personnel.
Build andmaintainstandard corporate management reportingtemplates andproduces and analyzes routine output from thosereports during monthly close cycles.Practicesafe work habitsand complete company and venuesafetyand general compliancetraining.
Practice safe work habits and complete company and venue safety and general compliance training.
Maintaina pleasantand collaborativeattitude towards customers, co-workers, and management.
Adheres to the Legends Global and venue company policies.
Complete other duties assigned by management.
Available to work non-traditional hoursincludingnights,weekendsand holidays.
SKILLS
Strong working knowledge of general and cost accounting principles.
Working knowledge of food and beverage operations within sports and entertainment, including COGS, inventorycontrols, per-cap analysis, and event settlements.
High aptitude for numerical analysis and financial reporting.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion.
Proficiencywith accounting software, spreadsheets, and word processing applications.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Education, preferred qualifications, and/or experience
Hands on understanding of F&Bfinancial managementin a sports and entertainment setting
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance from a four-year college or university.
3–5 years of experience in accounting orfinancial management,including direct exposure to food and beverage operations within a sportsentertainment or live-events venue.
COMPENSATION
Competitive salary of $80,000-$90,000 per year,commensuratewith experience, and a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401k plan.
