I'm working with a growing organization looking for a strong Finance Manager to lead accounting and financial operations while partnering closely with senior leadership.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, developing a team, improving processes, and having a voice in the business.

What You'll Do:

• Lead accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, collections, treasury, and month-end close
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reporting
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, banking relationships, ACH/wires, and treasury activities
• Develop KPIs and provide financial insight to leadership
• Strengthen internal controls and improve accounting processes
• Support internal/external audits and compliance
• Lead, coach, and develop the accounting and finance team
• Partner with operational leaders on budgets, business initiatives, and strategic decisions

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience
• Previous supervisory/leadership experience
• Strong financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management experience
• ERP experience and advanced Excel skills
• CPA, CMA, or MBA is a plus
• Strong communicator who is analytical, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership
