Finance Manager
Salary: $125,000 to $150,000

Key Responsibilities for the Finance Manager:
• Lead, develop, and mentor Staff and Senior Accountants
• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes and financial reporting
• Review journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
• Manage internal and external audit activities and audit support documentation
• Develop KPI dashboards and executive reporting packages
• Provide financial analysis and business partnership support to improve performance and support strategic decisions
Qualifications for the Finance Manager:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of progressive accounting and/or finance experience
• 3+ years of leadership or people management experience
