Description
Unity Search has partnered with a DFW-based, PE-backed distribution company in its search for a Finance Manager. This person will work hand in hand with both the Finance and Accounting teams and leadership to perform financial analysis and reporting functions for the firm. This person must have strong financial modeling and ad-hoc reporting experience with a PE-backed company. This is a transformation role in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Co-own the annual budget, rolling forecast, and multi-year planning cycles
Compare monthly results to plan and walk senior leaders through key drivers and recommended actions
Oversee financial models covering income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow
Run custom analyses to inform strategic projects and executive decisions
Own the accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting packages

Present findings and recommendations to executives in a concise, high-impact format
This will be a hybrid role with ample flexibility. Compensation for this role will depend on experience but will likely fall in the $145-165k range + Bonus.
