Finance Manager Opportunity
Andy Mohr Buick GMC is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our dealership team. This is a strong opportunity for an F&I professional who is motivated by performance and wants to maximize their earning potential while enjoying a consistent 5-day work schedule.

Finance Manager Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the vehicle financing and leasing process
- Present financing options, warranties, protection products, and other F&I products
- Work closely with the sales team to structure and close deals
- Ensure accurate and compliant completion of all finance and sales paperwork
- Maintain strong customer satisfaction while maximizing dealership profitability
Qualifications
- Previous Automotive Finance Manager / F&I Manager experience
- Strong understanding of automotive finance and lending
- Proven ability to meet and exceed performance goals
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment
