Finance Managers offer vehicle financing to customers and provide them with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties. This includes and a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.
- Process financing and leasing deals accurately and securing approval through financial sources.
- Understand and comply with federal, state and local regulations that affect the new and used-vehicle and finance departments.
- Create and maintain a program with the sales department that will ensure all new sales are referred to the F&I department.
- Assist in training and providing the sales team with information on finance and lease programs and the benefits of the dealerships financing and extended service programs.

Requirements
- HS Graduation or equivalent.
- Automotive experience as a finance manager.
- Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent mathematical skills.

- Compensation Based Pay: 50,000 - 300,000 annually, including potential commissions and performance-based earnings. Actual compensation will vary based on individual performance, experience, and qualifications.

General Population Vacation Accrual:
90 days = 24 hours

Note: Accrual earned at 90 days must be used prior to 1 year anniversary as it does not carry over.
