Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate loan approvals and maintain strong lender relationships

• Oversee contracts in transit and ensure accuracy

• Lead and train the F&I team

• Sell financing, aftermarket products, and extended warranties

• Process finance and lease deals accurately and efficiently

• Work with Sales Management to maximize profit and ensure compliance

• Ensure collection of all finance and insurance fees

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of proven experience as a Finance Manager

• Knowledge of dealership funding processes

• Strong leadership and ability to work under pressure
