Title: Finance Manager

Location: Los Angeles

Salary: $110,000-$140,000

Schedule: Hybrid, 3 days in office

Role Summary:

A highly regarded multi-strategy investment firm is seeking a Finance Manager to partner directly with senior leadership and play a key role in the firm's financial operations, reporting, and strategic planning initiatives. This position offers a unique blend of FP&A, accounting oversight, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and finance transformation within a dynamic alternative investment environment.

Reporting to the COO, the Finance Manager will help drive financial decision-making, improve processes and automation, support tax and audit coordination, and provide meaningful insights into business performance and growth. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in accounting and corporate finance, a passion for process improvement, and the ability to thrive in a hands-on, high-visibility role within a collaborative investment management firm.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
  • Detailed and highly tech-savvy with experience owning and improving workflows across tools/software.
  • Comfort operating at both a strategic and hands-on level in a growing organization.
  • Strong Excel skills required. QuickBooks Online (or comparable GL system) experience is a plus.
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in accounting, corporate finance, or FP&A, ideally within public accounting, financial services, investment management, or professional services.
