Description
- Improve plant-level financial reporting and operational visibility
- Drive profitability, margin expansion and cost-accounting improvements
- Enhance forecasting, budgeting and financial planning processes
- Strengthen internal controls and finance processes
- Develop meaningful KPI dashboards and management reporting
- Partner closely with manufacturing and executive leadership teams
- Lead ERP implementation, adoption and optimization
- Support transaction readiness activities and future sale preparation
- Manage and develop accounting and finance teams
- Travel regularly to manufacturing sites and work directly with plant leadership
Profile
- CPA qualification
- Manufacturing finance leadership experience
- Strong cost accounting experience
- Inventory accounting expertise
- Multi-site manufacturing environment exposure
- Significant plant operations partnership experience
- Financial planning, forecasting and reporting expertise
- Leadership of accounting and finance functions
- ERP implementation experience, ideally NetSuite
- Demonstrated operational improvement track record
- Ability to work in a hybrid capacity required
