Seeking an experienced Finance Lead Principal professional to play a critical role in driving financial success.

This is a highly visible, data-centric leadership position responsible for supporting enterprise-wide financial reporting, planning, forecasting, analysis, and ad hoc financial initiatives. You will work closely with local and international leadership, including parent company stakeholders, to provide the insights and reporting needed to guide operational and financial decision-making.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who knows their numbers, thrives in complex environments, and has experience navigating large, global enterprises. This individual will take ownership of multiple financial areas end-to-end while also serving as a leader and mentor to junior FP&A and Finance Business Partner team members.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a strategic financial advisor to business leaders and Finance Business Partners.
  • Lead and provide governance oversight for enterprise planning, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis activities.
  • Support strategic planning for Support Functions and Overhead.
  • Partner with Finance Business Partners and Accounting teams to drive cross-functional financial initiatives.
  • Interface directly with executive leadership and provide actionable financial insights.
  • Own multiple areas of the FP&A function from planning through reporting and analysis.
  • Develop financial models, forecasts, budgets, and performance reporting.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, KPIs, and financial controls.
  • Analyze financial performance and identify deviations, risks, and opportunities for corrective action.
  • Meet critical deadlines for financial reporting, management reporting, forecasting, and budget planning cycles.
  • Support ongoing financial close activities.
  • Maintain and improve financial data structures and provide guidance on future-state processes and reporting structures.
  • Support pricing analysis and related financial activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement across the FP&A function, processes, and reporting.
  • Deliver financial reporting and analysis to both local and international/parent company leadership.
  • Lead, mentor, and support junior FP&A professionals and Finance Business Partners.

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, Financial Business Partnering, or a related finance role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field required. Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience working in a complex, large-scale, or global enterprise environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience working with large and complex data sets.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment with critical deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise finance and accounting processes.
  • Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex financial concepts to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop junior team members.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Information Technology or technology-focused organizations.
  • Experience working with SAP or other enterprise financial systems.
  • Experience partnering with international teams and global business stakeholders.

The compensation range for this type of role is approximately $130,000-$140,000. This range is an estimate and not a guarantee of compensation.
