Finance & Insurance Manager Position Summary:New Holland Auto Group, a trusted name in the community and a multi-brand automotive dealership, is seeking an Experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager. The ideal candidate will lead the dealership's finance and insurance operations, ensuring a seamless and compliant process for our customers while maximizing profitability.Key Responsibilities:Present financing, leasing, and insurance options to customers in a clear, ethical, and compliant mannerMaintain strong relationships with a variety of lenders and financial institutions to secure competitive termsOffer and sell vehicle protection products such as extended service plans, GAP insurance, and tire & wheel packagesEnsure all deal paperwork is accurately completed, submitted, and funded in a timely mannerAchieve and exceed dealership F&I performance targets and product penetration goalsStay up to date with federal, state, and local regulations regarding vehicle sales and finance complianceCollaborate closely with the sales team to streamline the customer buying processUtilize the Reynolds & Reynolds DMS for deal entry, contracts, reporting, and compliance trackingConduct regular training with the sales team to improve F&I referral quality and product understandingHandle customer questions and resolve any finance-related issues quickly and professionallyQualifications:Experience in automotive finance and insurance management preferred, but not requiredReynolds & Reynolds or other dealership management systems experience is a plusUnderstanding of lending structures, credit applications, and F&I product offeringsExcellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skillsKnowledge of federal and state compliance regulations (e.g., Truth in Lending, Privacy Act, Red Flags Rule)Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background checkExperience working in a multi-brand dealership environmentBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plusBenefits:Company Issued UniformsEnergetic Work EnvironmentHealth, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance401K with Company MatchPaid Time OffAdvancement within the Department and/or CompanyEmployee Vehicle Purchase ProgramEmployee Service Discount Program*In order to qualify for employment All applicants must pass pre-employment testing which includes: Background Checks, MVR, and Drug Testing.
