Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Finance Director to provide strategic and operational financial leadership while partnering closely with senior leadership and other areas of the business.

Responsibilities:

Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Oversee financial reporting and performance analysis
Partner with leadership on strategic planning and business decisions
Support P&L management and operational Finance
Identify opportunities for process improvement and greater efficiency
Support Finance systems and ERP optimization
Develop stronger management reporting and KPI visibility
Lead and develop Finance team members
Support strategic projects and initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Progressive Finance and Accounting leadership experience
Strong FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting background
Experience partnering with senior and operational leadership
Strong financial analysis and problem-solving skills
ERP and financial systems experience
Excellent leadership and communication skills
