This individual will be responsible for:
- Partner with the President to provide financial leadership, drive business performance, and support strategic initiatives across the region.
- Lead monthly financial reporting, P&L and balance sheet analysis, ensuring accurate reporting, financial integrity, and compliance across all Americas entities.
- Analyze sales, costs, production, and profitability by customer, product, segment, and region to identify trends and drive operational improvements.
- Support regional finance teams, acquisitions, financial integrations, and sustainability initiatives while serving as a trusted advisor to subsidiary controllers.
- Ad hoc work as assigned
We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:
- 5+ years of progressive finance experience
- Manufacturing industry experience
- Experience working in AARO is a strong plus
