I'm partnered with a well-established construction company located near Kenosha, WI, which is a subsidiary of one of the largest companies in its industry. As the organization continues to experience strong growth and success, they are looking to add a Finance Director to their team. As the Finance Director, you will lead the accounting and finance functions of the organization in a blended accounting and finance role. Reporting directly to the President, this individual will oversee the company's entire finance and accounting function while serving as a key business partner to leadership. The Finance Director will work closely with senior leadership to support strategic business decisions, identify opportunities to improve profitability, strengthen financial performance, and help drive the organization's continued growth.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. Strong experience in finance leadership, FP&A, accounting, or a combination of these areas. Advanced credentials such as a CPA, MBA, or other relevant professional designation preferred. Strong analytical, financial modeling, communication, and leadership skills. Proven ability to partner cross-functionally and translate financial data into actionable business recommendations.
