We are looking for high-potential graduates to join our Global Finance Digital Transformation team. In this role, you will help transform and modernize Lenovo''s global Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes through automation, analytics, and AI technologies. You will collaborate with global finance, IT, and business teams to improve how orders, billing, collections, credit management, and customer financial interactions are managed worldwide. This is a unique opportunity to build expertise at the intersection of finance, technology, data, and artificial intelligence while contributing to large-scale global transformation initiatives.

What You''ll Do

Finance Process Transformation

Support global initiatives to improve and standardize Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvement.
Participate in system enhancement projects related to:
Order Management
Billing & Invoicing
Accounts Receivable
Credit Management
Collections & Dispute Resolution
Assist with testing, documentation, and deployment of digital solutions.

AI & Automation Innovation

Explore and apply Generative AI tools such as:
Microsoft Copilot
Gemini
Power Automate
Intelligent Document Processing
Develop AI-driven productivity solutions for finance operations.
Support use cases such as:
Customer credit assessment
Cash flow forecasting
Collection prioritization
Automated invoice and dispute analysis
Use data and AI insights to identify business improvement opportunities.

Data & Analytics

Analyze operational and financial data to support decision-making.
Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to improve business transparency.
Translate business challenges into data-driven recommendations.

Global Project Collaboration

Collaborate with Finance, IT, Data, Customer Service, and Business teams across multiple countries and regions.
Participate in global digital transformation projects from design through implementation.
Support user training, change management, and adoption of new technologies.

What We''re Looking For

We welcome candidates from both business and technical backgrounds.

Requirements

Bachelor''s or master''s degree in finance, accounting, information systems, data science, business analytics, computer science, artificial intelligence, or a related field.
Strong interest in Finance Digital Transformation and AI.
Basic understanding of business processes or financial operations.
Experience using AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.
Familiarity with data analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, Python, SQL, Tableau, etc.).
Curiosity about automation technologies and workflow design.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Fluent English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Internship experience in Finance, Consulting, Technology, Data Analytics, or Shared Services.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Participation in AI, analytics, automation, or digital transformation projects.
Experience building AI applications, chatbots, workflows, or data models.
Fluency in Mandarin Chinese.
