Are you passionate about Finance, AI, Data, and Digital Transformation?
We are looking for high-potential graduates to join our Global Finance Digital Transformation team. In this role, you will help transform and modernize Lenovo''s global Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes through automation, analytics, and AI technologies. You will collaborate with global finance, IT, and business teams to improve how orders, billing, collections, credit management, and customer financial interactions are managed worldwide. This is a unique opportunity to build expertise at the intersection of finance, technology, data, and artificial intelligence while contributing to large-scale global transformation initiatives.
What You''ll Do
Finance Process Transformation
Support global initiatives to improve and standardize Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvement.
Participate in system enhancement projects related to:
Order Management
Billing & Invoicing
Accounts Receivable
Credit Management
Collections & Dispute Resolution
Assist with testing, documentation, and deployment of digital solutions.
AI & Automation Innovation
Explore and apply Generative AI tools such as:
Microsoft Copilot
Gemini
Power Automate
Intelligent Document Processing
Develop AI-driven productivity solutions for finance operations.
Support use cases such as:
Customer credit assessment
Cash flow forecasting
Collection prioritization
Automated invoice and dispute analysis
Use data and AI insights to identify business improvement opportunities.
