Patria Church is looking for a detail-oriented Finance Coordinator to help keep our financial operations running smoothly. You'll support budgeting, financial forecasting, reporting, day-to-day financial department support for campuses and ministries. Working closely with our Chief Financial Officer/Special Projects Executive to make sure every dollar is stewarded well. What You'll Do
• Handle day-to-day accounting: reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close
• Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll support, and banking activity
• Partner with campus and ministry leaders on budgets, spending, and reporting
• Prepare financial reports and dashboards for leadership
• Support audits, compliance, and financial recordkeeping
What You'll Bring
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred (equivalent experience welcome)
• 3+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or finance experience
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with accounting/payroll software
• A sharp eye for detail and solid follow-through
• Nonprofit or church finance experience is a plus, not required
Pay & Benefits
$25.00/hour, full-time (non-exempt), with medical, dental, and vision coverage.
