    Finance Consultant, Senior Manager - Great American Media & Consumer Platforms & Services

    Position Summary
    SPE is seeking a Finance Consultant to provide interim FP&A leadership and backfill support (3 months) across Great American Media and Consumer Platforms & Services (Sony Pictures Core, FAST Channels, and FAST Network). This role will serve as the primary finance liaison between Great American Media and SPE, while also supporting Consumer Platforms & Services (including Sony Pictures Core, FAST Channels, and FAST Network). The consultant will drive budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and executive-level financial analysis across supported businesses, ensuring corporate alignment, delivering clear performance insights, and maintaining continuity during the transition period.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Serve as the primary finance point of contact between Great American Media and Sony Pictures, ensuring financial and strategic alignment.
    • Provide FP&A oversight for Consumer Platforms & Services, including Sony Pictures Core, FAST Channels, and FAST Network.
    • Own monthly close reporting, delivering variance analysis and actionable insights to senior leadership and GFO.
    • Monitor performance against budget and forecast, identifying risks, opportunities, and key business drivers.
    • Review and challenge forecast assumptions to ensure accuracy and transparency.
    • Prepare executive-ready financial narratives, presentations, and corporate reporting packages.
    • Manage corporate submissions, supplemental schedules, and system reporting requirements.
    • Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario planning and strategic decision-making.
    • Drive process improvements and reporting efficiencies to ensure seamless interim coverage.
    • Support ad hoc analyses.
