Restructuring and private credit are two of the hottest practice areas in the market right now — join a sophisticated Financial Services team handling complex, high-value lending, workout, and credit transactions with real deal responsibility from day one. Based in North Carolina, with a strong preference for Charlotte or Raleigh.
Qualifications: 3–5 years of sophisticated finance experience — documenting, negotiating, closing, and diligencing secured/unsecured credit facilities and loan transactions; syndicated credit or tax credit finance experience (e.g., LIHTC) a strong plus; proven ability managing large commercial/corporate lending transactions start to finish; licensed or immediately eligible to be licensed in North Carolina.
Compensation: $250,000–$340,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
